Summary

Join a family-run precision engineering company with a focus on low-volume / high variety machined parts, with openings for those with expertise working with lathes.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in machining processes. The successful applicant will contribute to maintaining efficient production workflows while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties

Setting up and operating CNC machines

Maintaining CNC machines

Producing precision components to tight tolerances – low volume / high variety

Inspecting parts using standard inspection tools

Essential requirements

Tarvin Precision is AS9100 certified, so the successful candidates will be detail-oriented, used to working with tight tolerances, and be adaptable to working with new systems.
