Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity
Are you looking for more than just a forklift job?
We're recruiting for a well-established company in Aylesford that creates eye-catching branding and graphics for major sporting events and high-profile venues across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that values hard work, ambition, and people who want to build a long-term career.
What makes this role different?
This is
not a role where you'll spend all day sitting on a forklift waiting for the next pallet to move.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and happy to get involved wherever needed. You'll be operating a Counterbalance Forklift, but you'll also be working alongside the warehouse and production teams, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
If you're the type of person who takes pride in your work, shows initiative, and isn't afraid to roll your sleeves up, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Happy to work as part of a busy team
- Physically active and willing to help with warehouse duties
- Reliable, punctual and motivated
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression
What's in it for you?
- Temp to Perm position with genuine career prospects
- Opportunities to progress and work your way up the business
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Your Birthday Off
- Dedicated Christmas Shopping Day
- Wellbeing Day each year
- Potential Christmas shutdown period
- Join a supportive and growing company that promotes from within
We're looking for future leaders
This role would suit someone who wants more than just a paycheck. The company is keen to invest in people who demonstrate commitment, initiative and a desire to progress. If you're ambitious and willing to put the effort in, there are real opportunities to develop your career and move up the ladder.
Interested? Apply today and take the first step towards a long-term career with a company where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
