We work together with schools, colleges, families and communities to deliver a coherent programme of higher education Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) that supports our region’s learners at every stage throughout their educational journey.
The role
The Regional Activities Coordinator plays a key role in delivering Hepp’s widening participation programme across South Yorkshire. The postholder will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of operational systems and processes that underpin effective programme delivery, including data management, reporting, communications and evaluation. Working collaboratively across the Hepp team and partner organisations, they will contribute to the development of resources, support projects and events, and help ensure activities are delivered to high quality, ethical and safeguarding standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive relationship management and a commitment to widening participation and educational opportunity.
This role is fixed term until 3 September 2027.
