In this role, you will provide visible clinical and operational leadership within the Antenatal Ward, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care for women and their families. You will lead on all aspects of antenatal care, supporting and developing the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care and an excellent patient experience.

• Act as a role model and senior clinical resource for the multidisciplinary team, supporting staff development, professional practice, and service improvement initiatives.

• Maintain and develop specialist knowledge through ongoing professional development and post-registration education, ensuring clinical practice remains current and evidence based.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across inpatient, community, and wider multidisciplinary services to ensure seamless care pathways and excellent outcomes for women and their families.
