Summary
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, confidence in autonomous decision-making, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health care. You will work with a diverse population presenting with a broad spectrum of mental health and neurodevelopmental needs, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, and complex mental health conditions, ranging from primary care presentations to severe and enduring mental illness. Leading on professional development and ensuring the delivery of robust evidence-based practice, you will provide evidence-based assessment, formulation, and treatment planning tailored to the needs of neurodivergent service users and those experiencing mental health difficulties.You will participate in clinical, professional, and management supervision, contribute to effective multidisciplinary team working, abide by all Trust policies and procedures, and respond flexibly and creatively to challenges. The role requires a commitment to promoting person-centred, accessible, and inclusive care that supports positive outcomes for both mental health and neurodivergent populations.
