Role Overview
As a Rehab Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries to achieve greater independence and make progress towards their individual goals.

You will support individuals in the way that works best for them, encouraging their abilities and helping them develop confidence and independence.
You will work closely with residents, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team, following individual care and rehabilitation plans. You will encourage people to take an active role in their rehabilitation and everyday routines, helping them work towards their personal goals while providing the practical support they need.
Every person will have different needs and goals, making this a varied role where you can develop your skills and make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.

- A positive, patient and encouraging attitude
