Summary

Actively participate in church activities to foster connections with youth/Teens and their families.

Attend workshops and engage in personal development activities.

Encourage youth/Teens and family participation in various church initiatives.

Communicate event plans and activity schedules with parents.

Align youth/Teens programs with the church’s overall calendar.

Promote youth/Teen’s activities via social media and other communication channels.

Essential requirements

A strong personal Christian faith and commitment to the mission of Wonderful Gospel Ministries Ability to maintain professional boundaries while working with individuals. Strong understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding protocols. Commitment to inclusivity and working with diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Passion for working with young people, and families. Ability to inspire, empower, and motivate young people. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals of all ages. Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
