This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team focused on improving access to high-quality, person-centred support for individuals living with complex weight-related health needs. The role will act as a central point of coordination for referrals, patient engagement and service administration, helping to ensure patients receive a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey. You will work closely with clinicians, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, supporting service delivery through effective communication, data management, meeting coordination and performance monitoring. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working collaboratively and contributing to the development of a growing service. Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of people. Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
