We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Truck eMobility Consultant to support commercial vehicle customers as they transition to electric fleets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial vehicles, sustainable transport, and emerging technology to deliver tailored electrification solutions and help businesses make the transition to zero-emission vehicles.

The Role

As a Truck eMobility Consultant, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, charging infrastructure providers, and other key stakeholders to develop bespoke electrification strategies that meet each customer's operational needs.

You will provide expert technical guidance, assess routes and depot requirements, and support customers throughout their electrification journey. You will also deliver vehicle handovers and driver training, helping customers maximise the benefits of battery electric vehicles and associated services.

Key Responsibilities of the Truck eMobility Consultant:

• Present and explain zero-emission vehicle strategies, products, and services to customers and internal stakeholders

• Conduct route, depot, and electricity grid assessments to recommend suitable charging infrastructure

• Prepare and present detailed eMobility reports, including route analysis, depot assessments, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modelling

• Provide expert guidance throughout the vehicle and charging infrastructure sales process

• Support the development of eMobility business plans and strategies to drive business growth

• Lead customer workshops, presentations, and product demonstrations at events and exhibitions

• Build and maintain relationships with charging infrastructure providers, energy suppliers, and alternative fuel partners

• Support the successful implementation of conventional and battery electric vehicle fleets

• Deliver detailed vehicle handovers and driver training

• Help customers maximise vehicle performance, connectivity, and available support services

• Monitor and report on eMobility projects, sales opportunities, and progress to senior management

• Work collaboratively with sales teams and external partners to enhance the customer experience and improve eMobility solutions

This role will suit you if you have:

• Experience in commercial vehicle sales, eMobility, fleet consultancy, or a related technical role

• A good understanding of battery electric vehicles, zero-emission transport, and fleet electrification

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess routes, depot operations, and charging requirements

• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and operational efficiency

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders

• A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving

• A genuine interest in sustainable transport and the future of commercial vehicles
