This role goes far beyond producing reports. We're looking for someone who understands HR data, can identify trends and tell the story behind the numbers, while helping to drive the next phase of our digital transformation journey.

  • Driving data quality, governance and reporting best practice across the People function.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and self-service solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Working closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver improvements and resolve system-related issues.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with an understanding of HR systems and processes.

Most importantly, you'll understand how to turn HR data into meaningful insight and be comfortable working across both technical and business-facing activities.

You will likely have:

  • Strong experience producing management information, workforce reporting and people insights.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard creation and data visualisation.
  • Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries.
  • Experience working with HR systems, ERP platforms or HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
