About the role:

St David's Hospice is looking for an experienced, motivated, and commercially focused Hub Manager to lead our growing Hub operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in generating vital income that supports the outstanding care provided by the hospice.

As Hub Manager, you will oversee a diverse and dynamic operation, including our Furniture & Homeware Shop, E-commerce activities, Donation Sorting Centre, Logistics Team, and Furniture Restoration Services. You will lead staff and volunteers, drive commercial performance, and champion sustainability through furniture restoration and circular economy initiatives.
