Summary
A 30 year old female with epilepsy, learning disabilities and autism looking for a personal assistant.To provide person-centred care and support tailored to her individual needs.
Support with daily routines and activities.
Encourage independence and participation in the community.
Provide reassurance and emotional support where required.
Support with personal care and daily living tasks, when and where necessary.
Follow individual care and support plans.
Support with medication in line with prescribed procedures and training.
Follow appropriate epilepsy protocols and respond appropriately to seizures
