Work: Fire Door Installation on Occupied Social Housing Properties
We are currently looking for an experienced
Fire Door Joiner to work on a social housing contract in
Blyth.
The role will involve working within
occupied properties, carrying out the installation of fire doors to a high standard. As you will be working in tenants' homes, we are looking for someone who is experienced, professional and respectful when dealing with residents.
Duties will include:
- Installation of fire doors and associated joinery
- Working within occupied social housing properties
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a professional manner when working around tenants
- Following site and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience installing
- Previous social housing or occupied property experience preferred
- Face Fit certificate/test preferred
- If you do not currently have Face Fit, you
- Relevant joinery experience/qualifications
- Ability to work professionally within occupied homes
