The Role
As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting retail, trade, and workshop customers by identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts efficiently and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and supply the correct parts to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers.
- Process orders, check stock availability, and manage inventory using
- Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all customer interactions.
- Assist with stock control, goods inward/outward processes, and merchandising of parts displays.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
MAM Software (Autopart or similar systems).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a
- Experience using
- Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, or similar automotive parts role.
MAM Software such as Autopart, Trader, or equivalent systems.
