Summary
Support vulnerable children and young people to improve their mental health, emotional wellbeing and life opportunities through bespoke outreach interventions. Working across Warwick and surrounding areas, you will deliver 1:1 support programmes in homes, schools and community settings, assess individual needs, develop tailored support plans, and work closely with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. This is a field-based, term-time only role (41 weeks per year) with regular travel required.
