Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a key managerial role within the production team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHSFT Radiopharmacy Department. The team manufacture sterile diagnostic radiolabelled tracers within a clean room environment for hospital patients with various conditions. The job would suit an experienced pharmacy technician or qualified experienced clinical pharmaceutical scientist, a normal day in this job is varied and includes the management of the service, being involved in production of radiopharmaceuticals, training of staff, maintaining and improving the pharmaceutical quality system, stock management, ensuring compliance with all regulations including Ionising Radiation Regulations (IRR) and performing Radiation protection supervisor duties.
