Location: Chippendayle Lodge Care Home, 10 Chippendayle Drive, Harrietsham, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1AD.

Contracted hours: Full Time 08.00am - 16.00pm Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate of pay: £15.00 per hour

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £15.00 per hour

Responsibilities of the Handyman Role:

• To check the maintenance book daily and carry out all repairs etc as necessary

• To decorate vacated rooms as requested following correct procedure.

• To keep the gardens well maintained, cutting grass, dig borders, weed and replant etc where there is no gardener.

• General Maintenance on a day-to-day basis

• Out of Hours Call outs if required

Requirements of the Handyman Role:

• Previous experience in painting, tiling etc. required

• Car Driver
