We're recruiting an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a growing manufacturing business in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone with strong product management experience. You'll take ownership of the product portfolio, manage the full product lifecycle and drive new product development (NPD) and launches from concept through to market. You'll need to know your products inside out, understanding their features, applications, customers and competitors, and be confident turning that knowledge into strong positioning, sales support and product training.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning and managing the full product lifecycle and product portfolio.
• Leading NPD projects and new product launches from concept to market.
• Reviewing product performance, sales, margins and market opportunities.
• Conducting customer, competitor and market research.
• Developing product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Be the internal product expert, delivering training & support to sales teams and customers.
• Identifying opportunities to develop, improve or rationalise the existing range.
• Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and product development teams.
• Taking ownership of projects and driving them forward independently.
About You
You'll ideally have:
• Strong, hands-on product management experience.
• Experience managing a product portfolio and full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in NPD and product launches.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Confidence learning technical products in detail and delivering product training.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical products or another product-led B2B environment would be advantageous.
