Here's what you'll be doing:

Own the product roadmap for a core FinTech product line, from discovery through to launch and iteration

Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into product features that actually work for customers

Run structured discovery with engineering, design and commercial stakeholders to prioritise the backlog

Present product strategy and performance data to senior leadership on a regular cycle

Manage trade-offs between technical debt, new feature delivery and regulatory deadlines

Mentor junior product managers and help embed best practice frameworks across the wider team

Here are the skills you'll need:

Several years' experience as a Product Manager within Financial Services or a closely adjacent regulated sector

A track record of shipping products at scale within a structured, enterprise environment

Comfortable reading and interpreting regulatory requirements without losing sight of the user

Strong stakeholder management. You'll need to say no to people politely and often

Confident using data to make decisions, not just to justify ones you've already made

Clear written and verbal communication, particularly when explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
