Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a site, lead an established team and enjoy a consistent 4-on-4-off working pattern?
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced
Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a
single site just outside Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader who wants to step into a role with
real responsibility, a stable working pattern and no travelling between multiple contracts.
You'll be responsible for leading a small, established team of four cleaners, maintaining high standards and working closely with the client to ensure the site consistently meets expectations.

Your Role
As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the cleaning operation, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver consistently high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
•
Supervising the daily cleaning operation across the site
•
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of
4 cleaners
•
Ensuring all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
•
Carrying out regular quality checks, inspections and audits
•
Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
•
Training new starters and supporting team development
•
Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing any issues quickly
•
Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables
•
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
•
Building a positive relationship with the client and responding to operational requirements
•
Taking ownership of the overall presentation and cleaning standards across the site
Working Hours
4 days on / 4 days off
6:00am – 6:00pm

About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident leading a small team.
You'll ideally have:
•
Previous experience as a
Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader or similar
•
Experience managing or supervising cleaning teams
•
Strong people-management and leadership skills
•
High standards with excellent attention to detail
•
Good organisational and communication skills
•
A proactive, hands-on approach
•
Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
•
The confidence to take ownership of a site and deal with day-to-day operational issues
