Guiseley, Leeds (Hybrid) £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Join a growing, global business and take ownership of Digital Marketing activity across our European markets. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, conversion tracking, analytics and performance analysis while working closely with colleagues across Europe and North America.
With a supportive leadership team and significant investment in marketing, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across multiple digital channels, identify growth opportunities and turn data and insights into practical improvements, shape strategy in emerging markets, and help drive lead generation across a global business. The role offers hybrid working, with just 2-3 days per week in the Leeds office.
The Role
As Digital Marketer, you’ll plan, implement and optimise digital marketing activity across organic and paid channels, helping to increase relevant website traffic, generate high-quality leads and improve conversion performance.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to SEO, PPC, social media and digital analytics, using tools such as Google Ads, GA4, GSC and GTM to measure performance, identify opportunities and implement improvements.
Working closely with internal teams, agency partners and colleagues across international markets, you’ll support website optimisation, improve campaign effectiveness, strengthen tracking measurement and attribution, contribute to ongoing CRO and the development of a more effective, data-driven digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, perform technical and on-page SEO audits, optimise website content and metadata, improve internal linking and identify opportunities to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads/Bing, including Search and Performance Max, as well as paid social channels where appropriate.
- Implement, maintain and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GTM, GA4 and relevant advertising platforms, ensuring reliable measurement of leads and campaign performance.
- Analyse website and campaign data to understand performance, identify trends and recommend practical improvements across traffic, conversions, lead quality and acquisition costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve website user journeys, landing pages, forms and conversion rates through data analysis and structured testing.
- Support digital content optimisation, social media activity and cross-channel campaigns to increase visibility, engagement and lead generation.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports covering SEO, PPC, website analytics and lead generation, translating data into recommendations for stakeholders.
- Identify and monitor competitor activity and assess digital marketing opportunities across different European markets.
- Work with developers and external partners to implement technical SEO improvements, tracking updates and website enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams across Europe and North America
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure campaigns deliver against business objectives
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, with practical experience across SEO, PPC and SMO.
- Experience managing and optimising Google Ads/Bing campaigns, ideally including Search and Performance Max.
- A solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and organic search performance.
- Practical experience with GA4, GSC and GTM, including conversion tracking and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify performance issues and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimisation
- Experience working within a lead generation-focused B2C business
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple markets would be advantageous
