Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a new build housing project in Hornsea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid qualification
- Valid Black or White CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within new build housing
- Must be hands-on and willing to get involved on site
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of health and safety and site procedures
