Summary

My client is a leading Financial Markets organisation seeking an experienced

Senior PMO Manager to support a large-scale

Data & Analytics transformation portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on providing strong PMO leadership and maintaining effective governance across a complex portfolio of technology change. You will oversee and support a small team of PMO Managers across global locations, while also taking direct ownership of PMO activity where required. The focus is on keeping delivery controlled, consistent and running effectively across multiple programmes.

Rate: Up to £700pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Duration: 9-Month Contract

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Start: ASAP

Key Requirements

Strong experience as a

Senior PMO Manager / PMO Lead / Portfolio PMO Manager

Experience

leading and managing PMO Managers or PMO teams, ideally across global locations

Strong experience working across

multiple programmes and complex change portfolios

Strong portfolio governance, reporting, RAID and delivery oversight experience

Experience managing governance forums, reporting cycles and executive-level packs

Strong

financial forecasting, budget tracking and resource management experience

Experience within

large-scale technology change or transformation environments, ideally within a large global organisation

Experience with

Clarity PPM is highly desirable, or similar portfolio/delivery management tooling

Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable combining

PMO leadership with hands-on PMO delivery when required
