The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day supply chain operation, ensuring the provision of accurate data, reporting, and analysis to internal stakeholders. Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams, you will help drive operational performance and support business-critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of supply chain activities across the business.

Maintain and analyse operational data, reports, and KPIs.

Produce accurate and timely reporting for key stakeholders.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Support inventory, forecasting, and stock management activities.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies.

Ensure high levels of data accuracy across systems and reporting.

Assist with ongoing supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Previous experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Operations, or a similar function.

FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution experience would be advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.

Proactive, organised, and keen to learn.
