Summary
DORZ Care Services is a domiciliary care provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, supporting clients across West Sussex and Surrey, providing essential care and support tailored to each individual's needs.
What You'll Do:
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to maintain independence
• Assist with meal preparation and supporting clients with eating and drinking where required
• Help with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Support clients with mobility and safe moving and handling.
• Prompt or assisting with medication (where trained and required).
• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting, if necessary.
• Follow individual care plans and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
• Maintain accurate care records using our electronic care systems.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, compassion, and confidentiality at all times.

• Willing to learn and develop through our comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as travel between clients' homes is required (desirable).
