Do you want to make a real difference every single day?

Are you looking for a role that challenges you, rewards you, and gives you purpose?

In this varied and dynamic role, you will support students with behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing, delivering targeted interventions and helping them reintegrate into mainstream education. No two days are the same — you’ll be at the heart of student support, building strong relationships and making a lasting impact.

You’ll be joining a welcoming, community-focused school with a strong reputation for staff support, professional development, and a positive working environment where you are truly valued.

• Salary: £21,027 (FTE: £25,989)

• Closing date: 9am Tuesday 3rd November 2026

• Shortlisting date: Tuesday 3rd November 2026

• Interview date: Tuesday 10th November 2026

At De Aston School, you won’t just be doing a job—you’ll be changing lives.
