Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss business strategy, menu offerings, services and target customer groups with management to identify marketing and public relations requirements.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the restaurant's brand awareness, promote its offerings and engage target audiences.
- Coordinate relevant activities with senior management and restaurant staff to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with business objective.
- Analyse audience engagement, reach, websites traffic and campaign performance, prepare reports, identify trends and recommend improvements to optimise marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
