We're Hiring: Working Foreman - Nationwide
Location: Nationwide (HO Southport)
Project Types: Groundworks/ minor fit outs
Day rate/salary: Negotiable day rate or salary
Duration: Temp-to-perm or permanent. Ongoing works.
Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Working Foreman willing to work nationwide for our client based in Southport. The contractor install artificial grass, whether it be football pitches, childrens play areas etc. This role is available on a temp-to-perm basis, or full-time pernanent basis, starting ASAP.
Job responsibilities of the Working Foreman:
- Oversee l day-to-day site operations for artificial grass installations
- Deliver works in accordance with programme, specification, and budget
- Coordinate subcontractors/contractors
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure works are delivered to agreed quality standards
- Assist with construction planning and sequencing of works
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation.
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience working on groundworks/ fit out
- CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay + Benefits:
- Day rate/ salary
- Negotiable salary/ day rate
- Weekly pay on a Friday
