- Provide advice, guidance and assistance to residents, businesses and visitors.
- Monitor parking compliance and issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- Act as a professional ambassador for Ceredigion County Council.

- Can use professional judgement, make balanced decisions and apply rules fairly and consistently.
- Are comfortable using technology and handheld devices.
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Can speak Welsh or are willing and able to work towards the Welsh language standards required for the post, as detailed in the Person Specification.
Previous parking enforcement experience is welcome but not essential. We are committed to developing employees and will provide training and support to help you succeed in the role.

- A comprehensive induction and on-the-job training.
- Support to achieve the City & Guilds Level 2 Award for Parking Enforcement Officers, if not already held.
