We are seeking an inspiring
Residential Care Home Manager to lead a well-established elderly care home in Newark, specialising in dementia care. With a
good CQC rating, an established presence in the local community and an excellent reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead at a home with strong foundations and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred dementia care.
- Maintaining CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Managing staffing, occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience managing a residential care home, ideally within elderly or dementia care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to inspire a team and maintain high standards of care.
