Summary
Learning Support Assistant (6-12) and (12-18) Flex Team
Overview
The Maria Montessori Institute offers vibrant, joyful and authentic Montessori environments across Hampstead, Notting Hill and Bayswater. We are a well-established and highly regarded school community, committed to high-quality Montessori practice, where both children and adults thrive.
We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our 6-18 Inclusion Flex Team as bank cover, supporting students across our Elementary (6-12) and Adolescent (12-18) communities.
Our Inclusion Flex Team provides responsive support for students who may require additional assistance to access learning, develop independence, navigate social relationships, and participate fully in school life. This role is bank cover - you will share your availability each month and be called on as needed. This is a genuine entry point into our community, with opportunities to develop your experience in SEND and, for those interested, progress towards Montessori teaching through further training.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
