The Job:
An established and growing arboricultural business is looking for an experienced Arborist Climber to join its team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Working across a range of commercial and residential contracts, you will carry out tree surgery, climbing and vegetation management work. The role offers the chance to develop your skills further, with access to additional training and industry qualifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Tree climbing, dismantling and removals
- Crown reductions, pruning and sectional felling
- Vegetation management and site clearance
- Tree planting projects
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Following arboricultural health and safety standards across all sites
The Company:
Our client is a growing arboricultural contractor working across infrastructure, telecommunications, education, property management and commercial sectors. The business invests in modern equipment and its workforce, offering ongoing training, support towards further industry qualifications and opportunities for career progression.
The Candidate:
- Minimum of two years' commercial climbing experience
- NPTC/LANTRA Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting qualification
- NPTC/LANTRA Felling and Processing Trees qualification
- NPTC/LANTRA Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue qualification
- NPTC/LANTRA Aerial Cutting with a Chainsaw qualification
- Full UK driving licence, good understanding of arboricultural health and safety, and a positive, proactive attitude

- Salary of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
