Summary

We are representing a reputable dealership seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team in Croydon.

- Competitive basic salary of £38,300, with an OTE of £43,750 based on performance

- 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota

Duties:

- Carry out comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles

- Conduct diagnostic assessments, electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs), and warranty work

- Perform repairs such as cambelt replacements, oil changes, and other manufacturer-standard maintenance

- Write detailed digital reports to ensure clear communication of vehicle conditions

- Follow all safety procedures and uphold high standards of quality and professionalism

- Support team members and contribute positively to the workshop environment

Requirements:

- Recognised Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, including warranty and servicing work

- Strong teamwork skills accompanied by a commitment to process, safety, and quality standards

- MOT licence is advantageous; however, full training can be provided for the right Vehicle Technician

- Eagerness to learn and develop through ongoing manufacturer training programmes
