Summary
Experienced Residential Conveyancer required to join an established legal practice, managing a varied residential property caseload with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Independently manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Manage transactions involving flats and new-build properties.
Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
