Ensure installation activities are completed in accordance with agreed deployment standards, processes and quality expectations.
Coordinate post-installation checks, issue resolution and the handover of completed sites to the relevant support teams.
4. Issue, Risk and Dependency Management
Maintain a centralised log of deployment issues, risks, actions and dependencies across all rollout locations.
Proactively identify potential blockers and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.
Track issues through to resolution, ensuring ownership, priorities and target resolution dates are clearly defined.

Support contingency planning and recovery activities where installations or store deployments do not proceed as planned.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Coordination
Act as a key coordination point between client local technology teams, Tech Project Leads, suppliers, installation teams and retail store stakeholders.
Facilitate regular rollout meetings, deployment briefings and progress reviews.
Communicate deployment schedules, readiness status, installation updates and emerging risks to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure clear ownership of actions and effective follow-up to maintain delivery momentum.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across central project teams and local retail operations.
6. Deployment Reporting and Governance
Produce regular and accurate rollout reports covering deployment progress, store readiness, installation completion, outstanding issues, risks and upcoming activities.
