Summary

ONSITE CO-ORDINATOR - Castle Donington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Co-ordinator to work with a leading logistics company in Castle Donington. We are looking for a proactive individual to support our workforce and help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly. You will act as a key link between our workers, the office team, and the client, building strong relationships and ensuring everyone stays informed and supported.

Shift Patterns:

* 13:00 - 22:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

* Must be flexible on weekends

Pay Rates:

* 14.42 GBP hourly

Requirements for ONSITE CO-ORDINATOR:

* Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years

* Must have a clean DBS check

* Must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle

* Must have previous experience working in a warehouse or office environment

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Basic IT skills

Role for ONSITE CO-ORDINATOR:

* Act as the primary point of contact for onsite workers and client management

* Monitor daily attendance and operational performance

* Resolve worker queries and provide ongoing support

* Facilitate communication between the office team and the warehouse floor

* Assist with administrative tasks and reporting

Location: Castle Donington. This role is based in a key logistics hub with good transport links.
