Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting a
Despatch Administrator to join an established manufacturing business based in
Leven on a temporary to permanent basis.
This isn't your standard nine-to-five admin job. It's four nights a week inside a busy warehouse and despatch operation: stock control, order entry and the paperwork that keeps the site moving - with three days off every week and your days free.
What's on offer?
- Paid at £14.85 per hour

- Full SAP training provided where needed
Monday to Thursday night shift, 6pm to 6am
As a Despatch Administrator, your duties will include:
- Processing stock control functions and entering orders onto the system
- Checking paperwork for accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Maintaining organised records and documentation
- Liaising with internal departments and external customers
- Providing administrative cover across other departments when required
To be considered as a Despatch Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Good communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is an advantage, though full training is provided
