Team Manager – Driver

Salary: £34,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to oversee multiple services, lead support teams and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and develop support teams across multiple services.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Review care plans and liaise with families and professionals.
• Drive service improvements and positive outcomes for the people we support.
Essential Requirements
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for person-centred care.
