We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join Pain Management Team at Peterborough City Hospital.
The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, are meticulous in their work and have the ability to work under pressure at times.
To assist in the provision of an efficient, responsive and flexible administration service to support the Pain Management Multidisciplinary Team.
To provide a high volume of accurate and comprehensive typing of clinical letters, paying attention to detail at all times.
To ensure the provision of the patient pathways, which is receptive to the needs of the patient and responsive to Trust requirements and national and local targets.
To be responsible for office duties, including dealing with the post, scanning and filing patient documentation as necessary.
To ensure excellent customer service by dealing with incoming telephone queries appropriately and in a timely manner, upholding confidentiality at all times.
Provide assistance to the other members of the team and assist with their workloads as necessary.
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust’s redeployment process.
