We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join our team in Stevenson. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to carry out a range of joinery repairs, maintenance work and associated building tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Undertaking joinery repairs associated with damp, mould and rot.

Carrying out floor repairs and floor renewal works.

Completing general joinery repairs and maintenance as required.

Preparing areas and facilitating works for plasterers.

Working alongside other trades to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.

Ensuring all work is carried out to a good standard and in a safe and professional manner.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Joiner is essential.

Experience in repairs, maintenance and floor renewal.

Knowledge of repair work relating to damp, mould and rot.

A full, valid driving licence is essential.

A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
