Summary
Support the Manager with the leadership and daily operation of Pre-School.
Take charge of the setting in the managers absence absence.
Support and guide staff to deliver high quality Early Years education.
Promote children’s learning, development, wellbeing and safeguarding.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
Potentially undertake the role of SENCO or Safeguarding Lead. (Full training given)
