About the role

Are you looking for flexible work where every shift gives you the opportunity to make a difference?

Join a supportive frontline team providing practical and emotional support to people facing homelessness, housing insecurity and complex life challenges. Multiple opportunities are available across Greater Manchester, offering the chance to gain experience across different services.

You could be supporting young people leaving care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, or individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance misuse and recovery needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building trusted relationships with individuals, offering compassionate and consistent support.

- Helping people develop independence, confidence and the skills to manage everyday life.

- Providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs and goals.

- Contributing to safe, welcoming and supportive service environments.

- Working with colleagues and partner organisations to help people overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

Please indicate your preferred location in your application or supporting statement. Flexibility to work across different services would be advantageous.

About you

You will join a close-knit team committed to helping people build more secure and independent futures.
