Summary

We need people that are confident, caring, compassionate and hard-working;you will be as passionate as we are about making a positive difference to the people of Yorkshire.You will be responsible for number of frontline staff, you will ensure that your team is able to deliver services through effective workforce planning,quality, governance & risk. Working closely with the Area Operations Manager and other colleagues, you will ensure that robust policies,processes and practices are in evidence within your Team. Full driving licence including a full C1 Licence including an emergency blue light driving qualification with no more than 3 penalty points is anessential for this role. Training may be available for successful candidates Interviews will be held on Monday 2nd November at Embrace in Barnsley.
