Summary
• Solar panel installation on domestic and commercial properties
• Roof-mounted Solar PV systems
• Solar panel mounting and fixing systems
• Roof preparation and installation of mounting equipment
• Solar panel positioning, alignment and fixing
• DC cabling and cable routing
• Installation of cable trays, containment and associated equipment
• Installation of inverters and associated solar equipment
• Battery storage installation and retrofits, where trained and competent
• Working alongside qualified electricians to complete electrical connections
• Assisting with Solar PV system testing and commissioning
• Installation checks and quality control
• Identifying and reporting installation issues
• Maintaining safe, tidy and organised working areas
• Customer handovers and explaining basic system operation where appropriate
