The successful candidate will provide individualised 1:1 behaviour mentoring and pastoral support to pupils who require additional guidance with emotional regulation, confidence, relationships and engagement in education. You will help create a consistent, supportive environment where pupils feel understood, develop positive behaviours and build the skills needed to participate more confidently in school life.

- Provide pastoral support to pupils experiencing social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.

- Adapt communication and support approaches to meet individual learning and developmental needs.

- Encourage positive interactions, independence and appropriate social skills throughout the school day.
