Hours: Monday to Thursday 14:00–22:00, Friday 11:30–17:00 (Early finish Friday!)

About the Role

Are you safety-conscious, proactive, and a great team player? We are seeking a Banksperson to join our busy manufacturing team in Corby.In this role, you will act as the forklift truck (FLT) driver’s right-hand person. You will play a vital part in keeping our warehouse moving safely and efficiently by guiding loads, managing kiln logistics, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Partnership: Act as the FLT driver's right-hand man, working closely together to guide and navigate movements safely around the site.

Load Management: Assist in keeping goods steady and secure while they are being transported on the forklift forks.

Safe Stacking: Maintain clear communication with the FLT driver to enable the safe, precise stacking of saggers.

Kiln Operations: Take charge of safely loading and unloading production kilns.

Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of general housekeeping to ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
