Summary

This is an exciting time to join Dementia UK. We’re making significant investment in our fundraising programme as part of an ambitious new five-year strategy, creating three Manager roles that will play a pivotal part in growing sustainable income and helping more families access specialist dementia support.

We’re expanding our Individual Giving, Legacies and In Memory team with three new roles: Manager, Individual Giving Acquisition; Manager, Individual Giving Retention; and Manager, In Memory Giving. If you join us in Acquisition, you’ll lead campaigns and appeals that reach new audiences. In Retention, you’ll create stewardship and appeals that give supporters an exceptional experience and encourage them to stay engaged. In Memory Giving, you’ll develop sensitive campaigns, appeals and experiences for people giving in memory of someone. Together, these roles will help build long-term sustainable income for Dementia UK.

You’ll bring experience of managing successful fundraising campaigns across a range of channels and products. You’ll be confident in writing operational plans, managing budgets and using audience understanding to create engaging campaigns. You’ll use analysis and insight to monitor performance, improve the programme and inform decisions.

You'll be a collaborative manager, able to build strong relationships with the Individual Giving, Legacies & In Memory team, stakeholders across Dementia UK and with external partners. You'll be confident participating in and leading cross-organisational projects and build effective collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the charity to support in growing income for Dementia UK.

Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting difference for families affected by dementia. If one of these roles sounds right for you, we’d love to hear from you.
