Summary

Take your technical expertise beyond the workshop. Solve complex mobility challenges. Influence the next generation of wheelchair solutions.

Are you an engineer or technical specialist who enjoys getting to the root of difficult problems, working directly with customers and turning practical challenges into better product solutions?

At Chunc, you'll have the opportunity to combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with field-based customer support and product innovation. Working alongside clinical prescribers, therapists, wheelchair users and their families, you'll investigate complex seating and mobility challenges, develop practical solutions and bring valuable real-world insight back into our engineering and product development processes.

This is a varied, customer-facing role with genuine scope to influence product improvements. You'll work both out in the field and closely with our internal teams, helping ensure that the challenges customers experience today inform the solutions we develop tomorrow.

As part of Chunc and the wider HR Smith Group, you'll join a business with established engineering and manufacturing expertise and a commitment to designing adaptable mobility solutions for children and young adults with complex postural needs.

If you're technically curious, enjoy working with people and want your problem-solving skills to have a tangible impact, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to meaningful use.

• Driving product improvement: Identify recurring technical issues, gather feedback from the field and translate real-world experiences into opportunities to improve existing products.

• Shaping future innovation: Work collaboratively with Engineering and Product Development teams to explore, scope and develop new product ideas that respond to customer needs.

• Connecting customers and engineering: Act as a vital link between those using and prescribing our products and the teams responsible for designing and developing them.
