The Assistant Fast Fit Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Duties:

- Assist the Centre Manager in the smooth operation of the centre

- Support management of workloads, staffing, and operational targets

- Monitor and control stock levels effectively

- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently maintained

- Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards

- Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone

- Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures

- Contribute to achieving the centre’s overall objectives and KPIs

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Full UK driving licence
