Summary

Glow Domiciliary Healthcare Ltd is looking for Freelance Physiotherapy Consultant to work with a young person with cerebral palsy. The visit will be taking place at our Fortune Avenue, Edgware placement.

Hours:

Flexible - usually 1 day in every 2 weeks. Day and times to be agreed to suit both parties.

What You Will Do:

- Carry out physiotherapy assessments at the placements

- Design personalised therapy programmes and exercise plans

- Provide hands-on treatment and guidance

- Train and advise care staff on safe moving, handling, and therapy support

- Review progress and update care plans regularly

- Work collaboratively with our care team, families and professionals
